Wall of Fame / Top Travelers

We are impressed by the number of Greetings Tour murals that some of you have visited. A part of our mission is to create a nationwide series of murals that act as a modern day collectible. It‘s a timeless way to share your travels with friends and family just like the original postcards of the mid-century. In addition to being a symbol of hometown pride, our goal is to help create timeless landmarks and bring traffic to local businesses via tourism. We promote responsible travel and encourage you to all support the local small businesses near the murals when possible. If you have photos in front of over 10+ Greetings Tour murals, please send them to us to be featured on this page! We’ll also hook you up with a thank you gift for the support ;)

“I travel all over the US going to various sporting events that includes Hockey, Baseball, Football and Basketball.  I also seek out murals and became hooked on the Greetings Tour works when I saw my first one in Toledo, Ohio in 2020.  I am such a huge fan of their works and always look forward to seeing my next Greetings From mural.

One of the absolute best parts of my adventures is arriving at one of their murals and just standing there admiring the creativity, artistry and imagination that goes into each work of art.  I have several planned in my upcoming travels and can’t wait to my next one.

Thanks again for the wonderful works of art, I can't begin to tell you how much it means to me.  I really hope I get the chance to meet you folks at some point in the near future.  Looking forward to Raymore, Springfield and Azusa.”

“I’ve been traveling the US since 2012 & one of my favorites things on road trips is seeking out the Greetings Tour murals along the way. It’s a great souvenir to document my travels! And I now have a new little brother, Shep to visit the murals with. I can’t wait to show them to him too and add more murals to our ‘collection’ soon!

The highlight was in 2019, we happened to be visiting ABQ when Greetings Tour were painting the ‘Burque’ mural. We not only got to see the mural in the making, we also got to meet Victor & Lisa, the amazingly talented duo behind Greetings Tour.”

*Sadly Eddie crossed over the Rainbow Bridge in August 2023 at the age of 14. He was a well traveled pup and truly one-of-a-kind. He left his paw prints on hearts all over the world. Eddie has passed the torch to his lil brother Shep & his new sidekick Mateo. And he will now visit the murals with them in spirit.

“Visiting the Greetings Tour murals has become an adventure within my vacation adventures. It all started a few years back when I saw the Greetings from San Diego wall, and then I wanted to see the Seattle one, and then the Orlando sign, and it all took off shortly thereafter. Your artwork is amazing and I always look forward to visiting cities that have one. The most recent one was the Hawaii floor mural and I had to make it a point to stop by the ‘Alohilani hotel to see it. Keep up the great work. I enjoy following your adventures and look forward to visiting more of your murals.”

“My boyfriend and I have been traveling together since 2015. I think the first mural we took a picture of was in Seattle, and since then it's become a fun 'scavenger hunt' game for us on our summer road trips. It's brought us to some destinations we might not have visited otherwise! Really looking forward to Anchorage someday soon :)”

“San Diego is my second home town since I went to school there 10 years ago. It’s the first city that I visited overseas with my wife and it’s a memorable place for us. When we had a chance to visit again 2 years ago, we were looking for a memorable photo spot in San Diego and randomly I found your mural! We are into your murals ever since :) Literally, when we decide where to visit next, we are looking for your murals nearby. We were really excited when we found out you were coming to East Lansing so that we could finally meet you and see you paint in person.”

So, once I was introduced to this journey by a really good friend of mine and now all of my road trips/vacations have kind of been centered around getting these murals.  We pick the murals we want to get and plan our trips around them.  It is exciting to travel to the locations of these murals because it has be driving through parts of the country, I would have never been too, much less seen the beauty of the "back roads."

So, this year the Moab mural was one that was on the agenda and in planning our trip. We were able to explore the Beautiful Arches National Park but also discover the local business Portal Jeep Tours who took us on an incredible and exciting 4x4 tour of the "Hell's Revenge" trail.  This is something I personally would have never planned to do or realized how much fun it was if it wasn't for getting out there to get the mural.  So in all reality, it has gone from simply getting a picture with a mural to actually visiting and enjoying the cities and towns these murals are in and taking in the vast beauty of the country along the way! Cannot wait to continue on and get the rest of them! “

“I'm super excited to say that I have visited 10 of your murals!! My first one was in Seattle in 2017, before I knew mural hunting and Greetings Tour were a thing! But, now, I plan trips to include any Greetings Tour mural that may be close; I've been known to detour a bit, just to take that picture! To get to ten, I planned a weekend road trip that included three murals... along with some antique stores along the way. Looking forward to visiting even more!

One of the coolest and most unexpected places I visited was the Capitol Market in Charleston, WV. I loved wandering through the array of produce stands and specialty shops, but also -- the Mea Cuppa Coffee! The dark mocha with an extra shot of espresso is some of the best coffee I've ever had!”

One of my favorite locations to visit was Cleveland Ohio, and we actually ended up staying in The Cleveland Hostel right around the corner from the Cleveland mural. It was a great place to relax and everyone there was super friendly.”

I can't wait to travel some more and see your murals. You guys are awesome. If it weren't for you guys, I definitely wouldn't have thought of visiting Ohio and nearby states. Such a fan!”

“Every time I find the murals the art just make my day! As soon as I arrive, I am in awe!

I took my dad to Seattle with me and made him hunt that mural down! It turned into a Dad daughter bonding day!

When I was in West End, ATL my selfie stick was not cutting it, with the mural being high up, so getting someone to take my picture was an adventure. The murals usually open me up to talk to strangers! I love it! Meeting people who are doing the same thing I am doing. Admiring beautiful art!

I was exploring Chicago and had to hop into an Uber and make the Uber driver go on a search with me. When I got out to take my pic about 8 cars stopped to take pics so I asked each car pulling up if they wanted me to take their pics for them. Met some really cool people!

I was working in Cleveland and had to visit the mural. Right after, I took the hour ride to Canton and checked out the cool little area the mural is in! I found Canton to be so cute!

San Diego is amazing! And this mural just makes it better. After seeing the mural I hung out in the North Park area, and explored. Loved the art, food, and people! Happy The mural brought me there!

I am motivated to get to as many more as possible! Now that things are getting back to normal, the greetings tour mural hunt is on!”

“Ever since I started traveling for work I made it a point to visit as many murals as I can. The first being Tucson and after seeing the detail in the art I knew I found something I loved. It was almost like coming across an easter egg in different cities. Always some cool local spot in the area that you would of never known about unless you went to the murals. One of my favorite experiences was actually a small town called Grand Ledge where the town is separated by a river and had this amazing trail you could walk alongside with the peaceful sound of the river flowing over the dam. I didn’t want to leave! As my adventure continues these paintings will join me along the way and I can’t wait to see them all!”

Sarah and I just stumbled across our first few Greetings Tour murals without realizing they were connected but ever since then I always make sure we seek them out wherever we are, even if it means taking scooters across the city or a streetcar through a snowstorm. As our travels continue I'm excited to check quite a few more off our list.”

“Growing up and living in New Orleans, Vietnamese food is frequently part of my restaurant rotation, so we had to stop for some pho near the Greetings from Little Saigon mural. We had lunch at Pho Hoa and walked to the mural before heading to the San Diego Zoo

For our first stop in Pasadena, we visited the Pasadena/Altadena mural outside Highlight Coffee. We dropped in to get tasty drinks and pastries. We also stopped by Carciofi Design next to the Altadena Mt. Lowe mural. The cute boutique caught our eye, and I bought a few cards to send to friends. To round up our morning after visiting Greetings from Altadena+bear, we went to Home State for brunch. I love Texas-style breakfast tacos, and it was a beautiful day for the outdoor patio so it was a perfect spot after checking out the murals. After we got our food, I overheard the table next to us raving about the cookie milk cold brew, so we went to order one and it did not disappoint!! Everything was delicious, and we also had the pleasure of meeting the owner!”

“In the winter of 2021, my family had a wonderful time exploring Arches and Canyon lands National Park. We celebrated Christmas that year in Moab and made lifetime memories in the National Parks, but there is nothing like those you make serendipitously. Not far from the Greetings from Moab mural is the delicious Thai Bella Restaurant. While waiting for our table, I struck up a conversation with a local who told me about some fantastic petroglyphs that I could not missed, so the following morning we went and were treated to staring at ancient rock art that featured animals, great hunts, and even a birthing scene. And to think we would have missed this if we didn't stop at your beautiful mural! We hope your continued success painting murals across America brings joy to all as more people come together to admire your creativity and learn the local history you always incorporate into each masterpiece.”

I was honored to have had Greetings Tour's artistic talents and skills brought to my hometown in June 2023 for the "Greetings From Union County, Georgia" mural. Once learning of their "Wall of Fame" and being the traveler that I am, I decided that I wanted to go see the other murals painted by Greetings Tour and get myself put on their wall of fame.

I was fortunate enough to get to go out to California twice for family vacations where I was lucky enough to visit Altadena & Pasadena (where I ended up getting a guided tour by Victor himself), and San Diego. While checking out the Pasadena and Altadena vintage travel decal murals, Victor also took me to get coffee at Highlight Coffee. While there, I had the coffee lemonade, and being the picky eater/drinker I am, that usually would have been the last pick for me. However, turns out, they were dangerously good and I probably could have drank 5 straight(Kind of a good thing we didn't have more time).

In San Diego, my 2 favorite places definitely had to be Belmont Park and Seaport Village. Belmont Park was such a unique place, hosting an amusement park with rides, an arcade, a large pool area, and more. The best part is that it was alongside the ocean which gives you the option to enjoy the pool or the beach which is nice. As for Seaport Village, it was a very charming area that was good for dining, shopping, relaxing, and watching the boats go by. I had the opportunity to eat brunch at Edgewater Bar and in addition to the views, it was definitely one of life's more memorial brunch meals.

“The first Greetings Tour mural I visited was in 2019 in Chicago, where I’m from. Once I realized this mural was part of a traveling project, I did what I do best - I made a list to keep track of the ones I’ve visited, all the existing murals, and any upcoming projects Victor & Lisa have planned! At multiple murals I’ve been able to run into a local coffee shop right by it: Colectivo in Chicago, DeVille Coffee House & Crêperie in NOLA, and Local Coffee Spot in Seattle. I love finding local coffee, paired with my favorite murals :)”

“The first picture I took with one of your guys murals, was actually on a roadtrip to CO! I had seen pictures from friends of your murals, but hadn't seen them in person yet til I was in CO. They are A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!! All the details on each one, really make them special. Beautiful artwork and ya'll really captured the areas! My selfie in Denver was in the rain - that's how determined I was! Ha! But at least I let the doggle sit that one out! After that, I just had to visit more!

Since I'm from San Diego originally, those just captured my heart and soul! Seeing the murals in person, it was more nostalgic for me Like when I went to see the seaport village mural, I took a step back in time where my childhood memories were created. I got to have the same freshly made fudge I had decades ago as I walked around and shopped for quirky socks and cute knick knacks.

(Honestly, if I hadn't been visiting to see your mural, I don't know when I would have visited Seaport again )”

“Finding Greetings Tour murals is a must in our travels since we saw our first mural in San Diego with the Greetings Tour signature. We began reading about them and they were the first few accounts we followed on Instagram. We were instantly curious to see more of their artwork. That's when we found 3 more murals in San Diego, woohoo! The rest added more fun and excitements in our travels. We're truly amazed by Victor & Lisa's projects. They are fully dedicated to helping bring beauty to communities. Each mural leads people to explore the neighborhoods and check out local small businesses. In our recent Altadena mural trip, we met very nice people at Highlight Coffee. In another trip, the same at Unincorporated Coffee. The murals were part of our conversations with them while enjoying their amazing good coffee that kept us awake going back home to Vegas. We find it so much fun finding the murals and the memories that come with them.”

“The Director of Oxford Development Services Planning happened to walk by and notice us taking pictures in front of the mural there. He has a dog just like one of mine and we began talking about different topics such as dog training, other Oxford landmarks and some interesting facts only locals would more or less know. Then he steered me over to the Square bookstore around the corner of town which is one of the coolest bookstores I've seen to date! What a gem - if it weren't for stopping by the Greetings Tour Mural, I would have never experienced that.”

“We live in the burbs of Chicago and when Covid started we decided to travel into the city to photograph new murals, since it was a good outdoor activity. We found the Greetings from Chicago Mural, and I looked up your site. We quickly fell in love with your murals. As we planned a trip to Jersey City to visit family we planned, stops to see your murals along the way! When we got to Jersey City we even took our family to get the photo at that one. We made a weekend of finding all the Michigan ones, and spent the afternoon checking out all the Bright Walls art in Jackson.  It’s a great side trip to find cute places and see different things for sure. Can’t wait to see where you add more murals, and hope we can plan more travels that will take us to places you have murals!”
